Alice moved to Kanady after graduation. There she worked as a chemical engineer on oil drilling. She continued in her efforts, and in 2009 opened a new building of bilingual Kindergarten, Elementary School and Grammar in Zdiměřice. In 2013 she was awarded as a businesswoman of the year in the Middle-Sized Business category.

Kateřina is a practical innovator in education. She is the author of the Student-Organized Learning concept, including several forms of digital support for autonomous education. At the school she led, she created a concept for the development of robotics and technology and led workshops focused on technology in education. She is also came up with the concept of the Teachers Innovation and Inspiration Fair (started in 2018). Mrs. Kožnarová founded the Counseling Center for Mental Health of Students and their Academic Development and the community project "Rubik's Choir" aimed at the development and well-being of teachers. She has also created a structure for innovative cooperation with parents. She was a project manager for the TEDx conference and spoke at a number of conferences, such as PREF 2019, MENSA Conference 2018 and 2019.
Hobbies:
Kateřina likes expedition cycling and dancing. With her two dogs, she is involved in dogs’ sports and canistherapy.

Alena has been involved in the education and bringing up of children since she was 18 when she started going to summer and winter camps as a leader. She works in the Elkonin Initiative - preparation for reading - as a lecturer of pre-grapheme and grapheme stage courses. Alice moved to Kanady after graduation. There she worked as a chemical engineer on oil drilling. She returned to her homeland in 2001 and in 2002 she established a bilingual kindergarten school in Hlubočinka. She continued in her efforts, and in 2009 opened a new building of bilingual Kindergarten, Elementary School and Grammar in Zdiměřice. In 2013 she was awarded as a businesswoman of the year in the Middle-Sized Business category.

Kateřina is a practical innovator in education. She is the author of the Student-Organized Learning concept, including several forms of digital support for autonomous education. At the school she led, she created a concept for the development of robotics and technology and led workshops focused on technology in education. She is also came up with the concept of the Teachers Innovation and Inspiration Fair (started in 2018). Mrs. Kožnarová founded the Counseling Center for Mental Health of Students and their Academic Development and the community project "Rubik's Choir" aimed at the development and well-being of teachers. She has also created a structure for innovative cooperation with parents. She was a project manager for the TEDx conference and spoke at a number of conferences, such as PREF 2019, MENSA Conference 2018 and 2019.
Hobbies:
Kateřina likes expedition cycling and dancing. With her two dogs, she is involved in dogs’ sports and canistherapy.

Petr comes from one of the oldest royal Czech towns, the capital of hops and beer, and at the same
time from one the driest place in the Czech Republic which is Žatec. He has been working with young
people since he was 15 years old. Gradually, he was teaching in all ages, from preschool
children to elderly. His the very first experience in teaching was during his studies of geography
and history at Charles University in Prague, first at elementary school, then at grammar school. He
has also worked at the Ministry of Education where he stayed for two years. Even then he didn´t
give up teaching. On top of that he devotes his free time to children during summer camps.
Hobbies:
In his free time Petr likes traveling. he discovers interesting places thanks to the game of

She has experience in both state and private education, and most recently she worked at Open Gate Primary and Grammar School. Tereza's professional path has been enriched by interesting projects, such as live broadcast teaching in the television program 'Teacher' on Czech Television. When working with children Tereza focuses primarily on creating a pleasant climate in the classroom and ensuring an individual approach to every student.

Filip always knew that music was what he was born to do. He came to Prague at the age of 15 to study classical singing. First, at the Prague Conservatory and now at the International Conservatory Prague. During he studies, I started guesting at the National Theater as an opera singer, but his lifelong dream is to sing in classic musicals. He has already started to fulfill his dreams by performing in the Broadway theatre, Goya Music Hall, musical theatre in Karlín and Na Fidlovačce theatre.

Jitka comes from the area of Podyjí. from there she came to Prague to study. As part of the Erasmus program, she also went to study in Regensburg, Germany. After the graduation she discovered the Czech language from a new perspective - from the point of view of foreigners, who decided to live in Czech Republic. Jitka enjoys introducing foreigners not only to the Czech language, which is usually a colorful and interesting jungle for them, but also to Czech realities. She worked as a lecturer in group courses at the Institute of Language and Vocational Training of the Charles University, which focus on preparing students for university entrance exams; at the same time, she worked here as a member of the A1 Examination committee for granting permanent residence in the Czech Republic. Jitka led group courses at University of Economics and Charles University, too. She also gained professional experience as a lecturer of individual courses in multinational companies (Microsoft, Skype, Zentiva, AVE).

Harol is a passionate educator with a global perspective who teaches English and Spanish as a foreign language. He is a native of Colombia and holds a bachelor's degree in language education. His career as a teacher began in his home country where he taught for 3 years in both state and private schools. In 2014 he started working as a sports instructor and ropes course instructor in the U.S and he did that for five seasons. For his last season, he was appointed Junior Staff Director and trained young people in camp counselling. In 2019 Harol moved to China where he spent a year gaining more teaching experience. Then, in 2020, he came to the Czech Republic to work as an Elementary school teacher in a private school. Harol is very excited to be part of Sunny Canadian International School where he hopes to continue to impact young people.
Hobbies:
Beyond the classroom, Harol enjoys road-tripping on a motorcycle as well as landscape photography, and video editing.

Radka comes from Eastern Bohemia, from the beautiful city of Hradec Kralove. Radka wanted to be a teacher since primary school. After school, she focused professionally on nature conservation, working at the Ministry of the Environment. But as it happens, the arrival of offspring changes a lot, so she moved her main activity to work with children. Through her own company and non-profit organization, she supported project-based education for children, organized camps and creative workshops. She is the co-founder of the Project Olympiad. In recent years, she has been mainly engaged in teaching foreign languages, teaching Czech to children and foreigners, and extra school education for children. She enjoys introducing foreigners to the intricacies of the Czech language. Prepares children for Czech language exams.

Marcela comes from Prague and lives in its surroundings. Towards the end of high school, she had her first opportunities to travel longer. She was always attracted by unknown destinations associated with a different culture and lifestyle. Since 1991, she has been gathering experience and learning foreign languages. She lived, studied and worked in some European countries, in North America, Australia, New Zealand, or Southeast Asia.
Her teaching career began in 2001, when she started working at the British International School in Prague. For several years, she worked as a teacher's assistant in the British classroom, then as a teacher of the Czech program. She gained further experience as a teaching assistant and leisure activities teacher at the Nový Porg elementary school in Prague. After completing her university studies, she worked for almost seven years as a first-grade teacher at a private primary school, so she has extensive experience in classroom management, elementary studies and team management.

Marcela likes to spend her time with her family. She is also an animal lover and often goes out into nature. Hana graduated from a Business Academy but her dream has always been to be a teacher. Five years ago she decided to live in Denmark where she started to study pedagogy. She graduated from UCSyd College in Haderslev as a First grade Teacher, and she sees her studies there as a great both personal and professional contribution. In Denmark she then worked as a substitute teacher at the St. Knuds Elementary School in Fredericia, which gave her further experience as well as understanding of what it really takes to be a teacher. It was also interesting to compare teaching in Denmark to the Czech Republic. Hana has now continued teaching after returning to her home country. She believes that children are the same everywhere, with the important thing being to discover how to arouse their natural interest and motivation to learn new things.

Dana comes from Františkovy Lázně but has been living in Prague since she was 19. For 35 years, she taught at the Botičská Gymnasium, where in addition to teaching, she led a drama group with which they won several competitions and shows of amateur high school groups. They filled the Acropole Theater many times with their original plays. She also organized other school events, led a creative writing seminar, is the co-author of two book publications on literary works, and has also been involved in media education for many years. She also wrote the school chronicle.

Alena has been involved in the education and bringing up of children since she was 18 when she started going to summer and winter camps as a leader. She works in the Elkonin Initiative - preparation for reading - as a lecturer of pre-grapheme and grapheme stage courses. Petr comes from one of the oldest royal Czech towns, the capital of hops and beer, and at the same
time from one the driest place in the Czech Republic which is Žatec. He has been working with young
people since he was 15 years old. Gradually, he was teaching in all ages, from preschool
children to elderly. His the very first experience in teaching was during his studies of geography
and history at Charles University in Prague, first at elementary school, then at grammar school. He
has also worked at the Ministry of Education where he stayed for two years. Even then he didn´t
give up teaching. On top of that he devotes his free time to children during summer camps.
Hobbies:
In his free time Petr likes traveling. he discovers interesting places thanks to the game of
geocaching. He is also involved in sports, in all seasons and almost in every weather.

In addition to the music, Lukáš is interested in history. He likes to travel, especially in the

After realizing that her true passion lay in teaching, she obtained her PGDE in Secondary Teaching with a Specialization in Biology from the University of Strathclyde. After returning back to the Czech Republic, she gained experience teaching at a grammar school and a language school in Prague.

Jitka comes from the area of Podyjí. from there she came to Prague to study. As part of the Erasmus program, she also went to study in Regensburg, Germany. After the graduation she discovered the Czech language from a new perspective - from the point of view of foreigners, who decided to live in Czech Republic. Jitka enjoys introducing foreigners not only to the Czech language, which is usually a colorful and interesting jungle for them, but also to Czech realities. She worked as a lecturer in group courses at the Institute of Language and Vocational Training of the Charles University, which focus on preparing students for university entrance exams; at the same time, she worked here as a member of the A1 Examination committee for granting permanent residence in the Czech Republic. Jitka led group courses at University of Economics and Charles University, too. She also gained professional experience as a lecturer of individual courses in multinational companies (Microsoft, Skype, Zentiva, AVE).
Hobbies:

Harol is a passionate educator with a global perspective who teaches English and Spanish as a foreign language. He is a native of Colombia and holds a bachelor's degree in language education. His career as a teacher began in his home country where he taught for 3 years in both state and private schools. In 2014 he started working as a sports instructor and ropes course instructor in the U.S and he did that for five seasons. For his last season, he was appointed Junior Staff Director and trained young people in camp counselling. In 2019 Harol moved to China where he spent a year gaining more teaching experience. Then, in 2020, he came to the Czech Republic to work as an Elementary school teacher in a private school. Harol is very excited to be part of Sunny Canadian International School where he hopes to continue to impact young people.
Hobbies:
Beyond the classroom, Harol enjoys road-tripping on a motorcycle as well as landscape photography, and video editing.

She also organized other school events, led a creative writing seminar, is the co-author of two book publications on literary works, and has also been involved in media education for many years. Jitka comes from Benesov near Prague. She's glad she found a pretty school like Sunny Canadian
near her home, and enjoys working in a such friendly team.
Hobbies:
Jitka likes traveling and looking for new places, she also likes hiking or cycling, in winter cross country skiing. At home she has two tomcats. She also loves gardening as she has a nice garden.

Alexandra is originally from Germany, but has lived in Belgium, the UK and Romania before she came to Prague in 2019. She always enjoyed communicating in different languages and therefore started studying translation and interpreting in Belgium, specializing in Dutch, English and French. After an extraordinary TEFL teaching experience in Thailand, she decided to become a language teacher and completed a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education - teacher training) course in the UK in 2013, specializing in German. Alexandra has taught a wide range of year groups, ranging from Year 3 to Year 13.
Hobbies:
In her free time, Alexandra takes singing lessons as she loves to sing. She loves also dancing, eating good food and drinking good coffee.

Peter was born and raised in Kenilworth, England. He gained his bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the University of Exeter in 2001. He has spent time teaching at various schools in the UK, Malaysia and the Czech Republic. He took a gap from teaching to pursue business interests in the ICT sector before returning to the profession in 2019.
Hobbies:
Peter has been heavily involved in sport for most of his life. He currently coaches the Prague Raptors Women's football team that compete in the Czech national league system. Other hobbies include music and books.
